First concert you ever went to?
My mom was (and still is) HUGE into country music, so I think I tagged along with her to see Rascal Flatts at the amphitheater in Bonner Springs… Or it very well could have been Little Big Town at Kemper! It was for sure one of those two!
Something listeners would be surprised to know about you?
I know how to solve a Rubik’s Cube! I decided to teach myself how to do that when I was in high school. Don’t ask me to race though—it takes me like 3 minutes, hahaha.
Favorite Royals Player?
Bobby Witt Jr.! As a former middle infielder, he’s a fun one to watch!
Favorite Chiefs player?
Can I still say Isiah Pacheco?? I LOVED watching him on the field. If I can’t pick him then I (of course) have to pick Travis Kelce.
Favorite local charity?
I volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters so I would have to say them! I’ve been a Big to my Little now for a little over 2 years!
How long have you lived in Kansas City?
I’ve lived in KC my whole life! I love it here.
What is your ideal weekend in KC?
A bit of both relaxation and adventuring in Kansas City! I would probably head to the River Market and get a latte at Opera House (omg so good!). Do a little bit of shopping there and then get lunch downtown. Then on whatever day I DON’T do all of that, I’m for sure at home hanging out with my husband, Trace, and our cat, Tom.
Any pets?
I have a cat! His name is Tom. I adopted him from KC Pet Project back in 2020. We LOVE him!
Favorite restaurant in KC?
There are so many! La Bodega is amazing—I love their paellas and their sangrias. Cafe Trio off the Plaza is a great spot too. If you’re wanting great Mexican food… you have to try Tacos El Gallo off of Southwest Boulevard!!
